This data is collected solely to provide and improve the GhostSEO Service.

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; process transactions and send related information; analyze your website and generate SEO recommendations; display your traffic and performance data (Analytics and Search Console) on your dashboards; use this data as context for our AI engine to provide personalized recommendations and content generation; improve our AI models and service quality; send you technical notices, updates, and support messages; communicate about products, services, and promotions; comply with legal obligations; and protect against fraud and abuse.
3. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
GhostSEO's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: (1) We only use Google user data to provide and improve the GhostSEO Service functionality that you have requested; (2) We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, with your consent, or as required by law; (3) We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements; (4) We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your explicit consent, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google data. Your Google Analytics and Search Console data is used strictly to display insights on your personal dashboard within the GhostSEO platform and to serve as context for our AI engine to generate personalized SEO recommendations and content for your account only.
4. AI and Data Processing
Our AI systems process your website content and analytics data to generate SEO and content recommendations. This processing is essential for providing our service. We do not use your proprietary content or your Google data to train AI models for other customers without your explicit consent. AI-generated insights and content are produced specifically for your account and are not shared with other users.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with: trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services); law enforcement authorities when required by law; business partners with your consent; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and are not permitted to use third-party data (such as Google data) for any purpose other than operating the Service.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, regular security audits, access controls, and secure data storage. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention

Upon account deletion, we may retain certain data for up to 90 days for backup purposes, and may retain anonymized or aggregated data indefinitely for analysis and service improvement. You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Connections to Google services can be disconnected at any time, and any saved API data will be deleted upon your request.
