GhostSEO provides an AI-powered SEO automation platform that helps businesses optimize their online presence through automated content creation, keyword optimization, and technical SEO improvements. The Service includes, but is not limited to, AI content generation, website analysis, SEO recommendations, and automated publishing tools.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription & Payments
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing subscribers. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content and SEO recommendations. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication. GhostSEO does not guarantee specific SEO results, rankings, or traffic improvements.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of GhostSEO or its licensors. Content generated by the AI for your use becomes your property upon creation, subject to any applicable third-party rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) generate spam, misleading, or harmful content; (c) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (f) use the Service for any illegal or unethical purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostSEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
